I'm not a baker...

but I helped my friend, Francie, bake a Persian (key) lime pie. With this baking activity, I also learned the difference between Persian and Key limes. If you don't know the difference, Wikipedia it.





I realized, I was too busy licking my fingers through this whole process, I didn't take enough photos. I gotta say... lime pies, limeades, anything with limes in it, I love!
