for the 5/6 days surrounding 4th of July, I went down to South Carolina to meet up with Kristine and to visit her mom. It most definitely was a vacation, a bunch of lounging around and hanging out. Most definitely needed.
for the first day arriving, we hung out in Savannah for a bit and took a tour of the place. they got some nice looking houses and just an all around pretty city.
then into hilton head island, south carolina, we did a little walking and looking around. went to the creek to check out fireworks on the 4th, join a neighborhood gathering and also had a bbq for ourselves. there was just a lot of greenery and water. tis a lovely place itself, except the heat and humidity of course.. ugh.

our every last full day on HHI, we went on a dolphin boat tour. the skipper of the ship reminded me of adam sandler and our captain just seemed like an old pervert. HA!
