i did a typical 20 mile alleycat on august 9th. it was the blues brothers alleycat, a team base sorta situation. i had vxla and his brother on my team, and i was using linda's bike since she had brakes and it's lighter. the highlight of the race was going through "the mall", which was actually mccormick place, and the secruity screaming, "what in hell is going on here!" since tour da chicago stairmaster didn't happen, i think they wanted to make up for it with this race. i know it probably isn't as bad, but going up and down the stair nearly made me want to faint.
the most north we went was wrigleville, the most east was around racine and belden, the most south 23rd and king dr. i sucked at this race and got ourselves at 17 out of 27 or so..?
